A New Zealand dressing station at the foot of the Tripoli pass
26 April 1941 Probable
At the request of the 6th New Zealand Brigade, A Company of the 4th Field Ambulance set up a dressing station 'at the foot of the pass leading over the ranges to Tripolis' on 26 April 1941. The rest of the unit crossed the pass that evening. The wounded of the air attack on the 24th Battalion were very probably treated here.
Note: The source does not name Myloi; the foot of the Tripoli pass is the turn of the road at the village.
